Morgan Metals Inc is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to apply high-quality coatings to fabricated metal products. This position plays a critical role in ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and product appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking
• Apply industrial paint and powder coatings to metal components
• Monitor spray equipment and maintain consistent finish quality
• Perform visual and thickness inspections
• Work closely with production to meet quality and output goals

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial painting or powder coating
• Familiarity with spray systems and finishing equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
