Compensation & Schedule:

• $16–$23 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
• Weekends as needed (overtime opportunities)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal sheets according to blueprints
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Adjust machinery as needed to optimize production efficiency
• Work closely with team members to ensure production goals are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Press Brake Operator desired
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
