$16–$23 per hour | Full-Time | Overtime Available

Morgan Metals Inc is hiring a Quality Control Technician to support our growing metal manufacturing operations in Athens, AL. If you have experience inspecting parts in a production environment and take pride in accuracy and quality, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $16–$23 per hour

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
  • Document inspection results and maintain quality records
  • Identify non-conformances and communicate with production teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Previous quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
